Is my state meeting Section 618 public reporting requirements?
My state submits data to EDFacts and EMAPS and posts our Annual Performance Reports (APRs) on the state website. That's all we need to do, right?

The data that you report publicly for your State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) satisfies the public reporting requirements of Section 616, but not Section 618.
